Plum Paper started in 2010 with a simple idea: planning should fit your life, not the other way around. We believe planning is an act of self-care and creation, a way to make room for the moments, big and small, that make your days meaningful. Whether your days are shaped by work, school, family, or all of the above, Plum Paper allows customers to tailor layouts, features, and details to their individual needs.

Kristina Kardous
Founder
Kristina started Plum Paper in 2010 after becoming frustrated with one-size-fits-all planners. More than a decade later, the belief that no two people plan exactly the same way still drives everything we make.

CX MANAGER
A San Diego native and CX leader, Lorena brings experience across industries and a passion for creating meaningful customer experiences. Her favorite planner is the 6-Month Daily, with room for big ideas and small details.
Amber Carlson
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
From Ojai, CA, Amber started out as a printer and worked her way up to supervising the production team, managing equipment, logistics, and daily details. Outside of Plum, you’ll find her in the sun with a good book or crossword.
Jeff Harper
WEB DEVELOPER
Based in Denver, Jeff is a web developer who loves solving problems that make people's lives a little easier. He plans his days on a customized Plum Paper notepad and, yes, he absolutely dreaded writing this bio, but here we are.
Karma Ingle
GENERAL MANAGER
Karma is General Manager of Plum Paper and Mabel’s Labels, splitting time between Vista, CA and Ontario, Canada. A people-first leader, she loves a good book, the outdoors, and time with friends and family. Her go-to layout is the 6-Month Daily
Louise McPherson
FINANCE MANAGER
Scotland-born Louise brings finance leadership from Deloitte Audit and Amazon to Plum Paper. A licensed CPA, she enjoys making finance approachable. She loves golf, hiking, beach days, and baking shortbread. Favorite planner: the Daily.
Emily Velazquez
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
A California native, Emily joined Plum Paper in 2017 and grew from customer service into her current role. She has over 1,000 rolls of washi tape and spends her free time baking, gaming, and hanging out with her husband and three cats.
