What is your return policy?
A:
We do not accept returns on custom items. All sales are final. We cannot cancel or refund an order past the 24-hour mark.
If there is an error or damage on our part, please email us at hello@plumpaper.com within 7 business days so we can remedy the problem.
For all non-customized items, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return. If the item is eligible for a return, we will assist you in the process of sending your item back to us. All items must be returned in like-new condition with their original packaging. Planner Discs can only be returned if unopened. Returns must be received at, or post-marked en route to, our warehouse within 30 days after initial delivery.
