Why am I unable to purchase add-on pages for my planner?

We are unable to offer our add-on pages for our 12-month Daily planners. This is due to the thickness of the planner. If you change your layout, you will be able to select any of our planner add-ons in the builder.

We are unable to offer dispersed add-on pages for our Simple Monthly. The monthly spreads in this layout are printed front to back and it is impossible to add pages or tabs between them.
