We are so sorry if your order is taking longer than expected to ship out. We give an approximate ship date on all orders but are unable to guarantee that your order will ship out by this date. A few factors can contribute to a delayed order:

Your item did not pass our quality control check: It is so important to us that you love your finished product. Occasionally, we will notice a flaw in your order during the final check right before shipment. This imperfection could cause a slight delay as we take the time to make any corrections needed and are sure the planner you are receiving is perfect.

There is an issue with your order, and we have sent you an email regarding either an item in your order, your customizations, or your shipping address. Please double-check your junk folder for any correspondence attempts.

Many of our products are printed in-house, and we may need to make an item (ie, hardcovers, tabs, stickers) in order to complete your order. Our production team works hard to produce each item.
Please remember that the ship dates that we provide are not a delivery window. We are not able to provide a more accurate update for an order while it is being made, so the status will show as Received/In Production until it is shipped.
