There is an issue with my package and I filed a claim with UPS. What should I do next?

Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order's tracking or delivery. We can file a claim with UPS on your behalf. We are not notified by UPS of a claim being filed by the customer so please send us a message through the form below or by emailing us at hello@plumpaper.com. We will assist you as best we can.
