Q:
I am not able to move my item to my cart. Can you help?
A:

All accounts have two separate shopping cart pages now - "SAVED" and "CART". If you had used the SAVE feature while creating your planner, you'll find it again in the SAVED cart. If you are not seeing the option 'Move to Cart' for your item in your 'Saved' cart, then you will need to finish customizing your product. There should be a warning in red text that says "EDIT & APPROVE ITEM BEFORE MOVING TO CART" below the item if this is the case. To move the item to your cart, please follow the proceeding instructions.

Click EDIT underneath the item and finish the final steps of customizing your product. The builder will bring you back to where you left off previously. The teal buttons will guide you through the rest of the builder.

If you had finished customizing your item, please go to the area below ADD-ONS to click on the teal APPROVE button and then click on SAVE TO CART.

Your item will now be in your CART and will be available for purchase.
