My order arrived incomplete.

If you are missing an accessory or personalized item, please contact us at hello@plumpaper.com, and we will look into the issue. Please send us an email as soon as possible after receiving your package so we can resolve the issue right away. We are not able to send replacement items after 90 days of an order being shown as received.
