There are a few reasons why you are having trouble with adding your saved custom dates.

You have not yet selected a start month from the drop-down menu. Once you've selected the start month, you will be able to select the 'Add Your Own Special Dates' option. There will then be a button to click that says 'Click To Add Saved Events From Your Profile'.

Your saved events are not set to be Repeating. When your events were originally added, they were only added to one specific date. For example, if an event description says "On January 1, 2023 Only", the event will not print on any other day. You can change an event to be Repeating by clicking the Edit button next to the event in your Profile.

You are using a different account than your previous order.
Please be sure to click on the green "Holidays & Special Events" button in the Product Details of your planner while it is in your shopping cart before placing your order to confirm that there are no missing events. All holidays and custom events will be listed there along with their corresponding date.
