STICKER SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Plum Paper's Sticker Subscription is a monthly subscription of 5 sticker sheets each month.

Each monthly set includes stickers to correlate with the following month's colors and holidays.

We have 3 different sets to choose from depending on your planner size. These include our A5 set, 7" x 9" set, and 8.5" x 11" set. Depending on which set you choose, you will receive stickers to fit properly into your size planner.

The last day to sign up to receive next month’s sticker kit is on the 6th of each month.

BILLING DETAILS

Sticker Subscriptions are an ongoing service automatically billed monthly or annually, depending on the chosen option.

For both Monthly and Annual new subscribers, the subscription will first be billed on the 7th after the subscription is signed up for. Ex. if the subscription is signed up for on February 18th, the credit card will not be charged until March 7th. Annual subscriptions will automatically be billed for renewal 365 days after the first billing date.

Monthly Subscriptions started prior to March 8, 2023, have a billing date of the 1st of each month.

Annual subscriptions started prior to March 8, 2023, will be billed yearly on the anniversary date of their initial sign-up.

Gift Cards and promo codes cannot be applied to Subscription purchases.

The credit card that will be used for the recurring billing of your subscription is the default credit card listed under Subscriptions in your Plum Paper Profile. If you would like to change the credit card used for your recurring subscription payment, please log into your Profile to enter the new card information under Subscriptions. A credit card cannot be removed from the Credit Cards page if it is on file for the subscription and a new card has not yet been entered.

If a subscription is initially unable to be charged due to insufficient funds, it may be tried again after the 7th while our team works to ship out the subscription.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Sticker Subscriptions will generally ship out between the 8th - 15th of each month.

Domestic Sticker Subscriptions are shipped out via USPS First Class Mail. Transit time is approximately 5-7 business days.

International Sticker Subscriptions are shipped out via USPS First-Class International. Transit time is approximately 10-12 business days.

Tracking is not available for subscription shipments.

Shipping notifications are automatically sent when USPS scans the envelope into their system. USPS will not always scan an envelope, so it is normal not to receive a notification. International subscribers will not receive a shipping notification.

If the sticker subscription has not been received within 7 business days of mailing, please contact us at hello@plumpaper.com.

SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT

If you would like to change the shipping address for your subscription shipment, you may visit the Subscriptions tab in your Plum Paper Profile to make the update. The address must be changed prior to the 6th of each month. You can also send an email to hello@plumpaper.com to update the address. In your email request, please include the following information:

Email Address listed on your Plum Paper Account

To change the size of your subscription -

If the subscription begins after March 8, 2023, you may do so in the Subscriptions tab in your Plum Paper Profile. Both monthly and annual subscribers can change their size. Size changes must be set prior to the 6th of each month.

If the subscription started before March 8, 2023, its size cannot change. Monthly subscribers would need to cancel and start a new subscription if they require a size change. Annual subscriptions can change their size by turning off auto-renew for their subscription and re-subscribing in the correct size after the final kit is sent.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELATION

If you would like to cancel your subscription, this must be done before the next bill date of the subscription.

For monthly subscriptions, this billing date is either the 1st or 7th of the month, depending on when the subscription was started. For annual subscriptions, this billing date is 365 days from your original sign-up and payment.

If cancelation is requested after the bill date specified above, you will be billed for the following subscription billing cycle. Your subscription will then be canceled after that billing cycle. No refunds will be given for late cancelation.

If cancelation is requested before the bill date specified above, your subscription will be canceled immediately, and you will not incur the next billing cycle.

When canceling your subscription, no refunds will be given for previous subscription shipments received.

To cancel your Monthly subscription, please click on the ‘Turn Off Auto-Renew’ button in the Subscription tab in your Profile. On the next billing date, the subscription will become canceled/inactive. The subscription will show as ‘Active’ until the next billing date.

Annual subscriptions can only be canceled and fully refunded if the first kit has not yet been shipped. Annual subscriptions cannot be canceled after the first kit is shipped.
