How can I check the status of my order?
A:

Once your order has been placed, it goes straight to our processing queue. When viewing your order details in your account profile, your order will show as 'In Production" or "Received" during its entire time being processed. We are unable to provide a more detailed update as we make a custom product.

'In Production" and "Received" are the same status level.
