Because each planner is hand-made to your customizations, we're unable to offer expedited processing. We work hard to ship every order within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. We are only able to offer the customizations available through the builder on our website and cannot make alterations to the layouts we offer. You can now select an Interchangeable Cover right in the planner builder. Just check the Interchangeable Cover box during checkout. We are not able to make the clear plastic covers interchangeable, and Hardcovers CANNOT be made interchangeable.

Yes, you can save your planner in your cart until you're ready to place your order. You can click on the 'Save' button at any point while building your planner. You will be able to come back and finish creating your planner at a later time.

Using our website planner builder, you can personalize your cover design with a monogram, name, quote, and/or photo. If adding a photo, please be sure your photo is a high quality image that will print clearly for your cover.

Please keep in mind that we are unable to print profanity, trademarked images, and non-alphanumeric characters on our covers.

Using our website planner builder, you can add a photo to the center of your cover. Your uploaded photo must be a high quality image that will print clearly for your cover. Our photo upload requirements are: Max File Size 20Mb, Minimum resolution 1125px X 1125px. We only accept the following image types: PNG, JPEG, GIF or WEBP. Once you upload your photo, you will be able to select a sqare or circular shape, zoom in, zoom out, rotate, crop, and you will be able to select a white background or transparent background.

The font will be the exact size that is shown in your preview. We are unable to change the size of the various fonts that we offer. Printing your customization on more than one line should increase the font size for you. If you are unable to read the font in your preview due to its size, please add it to your cart and email us at hello@plumpaper.com so that we can be sure to preview your cover and advise you before you place your order.

We recommend that your photo is 300 ppi for the best print quality. Most photos from a modern mobile device will print very well. If your photo is 1MB to 2MB and is clear when taking up most of your computer monitor, then it should print clearly. If you have any concerns about your photo printing clearly, just send it to us in an email, and we can check it out for you.

We do our best to match the colors shown on screen, but exact matching can't be guaranteed. Every monitor is calibrated differently and uses backlighting, so colors may appear brighter or more vibrant on screen than they do in print. Printing is also an art form, not an exact science, so slight variances are normal from print to print.

All preview images are digital renderings and will not match any monitor or device exactly.

If you're ordering matching items in the same pattern (like a planner and coordinating stationery), keep in mind there may be slight color variation between them. This can happen due to differences in our custom digital printing process and the material each item is printed on.

We're not able to offer custom color matching, but if you receive an item with a color issue, we're happy to take a look and see what options might be available.

No, any of our covers can be printed without personalization.

We apologize for any trouble you are experiencing. Please try using a different browser, a different device, or a computer as we have found that this will usually solve the problem. If any step at checkout is highlighted in pink/red, please review that step for any missing information. If you are still unable to place your order, be sure to send us an email at hello@plumpaper.com and we will continue to troubleshoot for you.

It’s easy. Just log into your account and click on “Profile” in the top right-hand corner. Then click on the “Orders” tab to view your orders. Your customizations and shipping information are all provided in your Profile.

We currently accept all major credit cards, ApplePay, and PayPal.We also offer a Pay Later option through PayPal at check out. You will find this in the Payment section Step 3 of check out. All prices are listed in US dollars.

Reordering a past planner is easy! Just go to your profile and select the "Orders" tab, where you'll see your previous orders along with a green "Re-order" button. Clicking it takes you into the builder with most of your original selections preloaded. If anything needs updating (like discontinued items or design changes), a pop-up will let you know exactly what to adjust. From there, you can click any item to edit it and make changes as you go.

Your account has two separate cart pages: Saved for Later and Shopping Cart. If you used the Save feature while creating your planner, you'll find it in Saved for Later.

If you don't see a Move to Cart option there, your item likely isn't fully customized yet. Look for red text below the item that says "Edit & Approve Item Before Moving to Cart" — if you see this, follow these steps:

1. Click Edit underneath the item. This returns you to where you left off in the builder — follow the green buttons to finish customizing.
2. On the Final Review step, review all your order details, then toggle Approve on.
3. Click Save to Cart.

Your item will now be in your cart and ready for purchase.

Tip: If the Move to Cart or Save to Cart button appears greyed out, it usually means the Approve toggle hasn't been switched on yet. Go back to Final Review, double-check your order details, and toggle Approve before trying again.

When your planner or notebook was being customized, the binding option that was selected for your book was "Not Bound or Punched." This means that your planner will not include binding or any type of hole punches. All pages and components will be sent as loose-leaf. This does not mean that your planner or notebook will be book-bound. This option is best for those that want to put their planner in a 3-ring or 6-ring binder and already have a system in mind.

If your order is still in the processing stage, we may be able to change your binding selection if this option was selected by accident. Please email our customer service team with your ORDER NUMBER to make the request.

When your planner or notebook was being customized, the binding option that was selected for your book was 'Disc Punch.' This means that your planner will be punched for a disc-bound system and will not include the necessary discs to bind the planner. We state in the builder that the discs are not included and the option to purchase a set is presented. If you are unfamiliar with the disc-bound binding system, we suggest doing some research before selecting this option, as it is not the best fit for everyone. The 'Disc Punch' option is best for those looking for a custom planner with removable pages and the ability to add or omit pages from their planner or notebook.

Clear covers are not available for disc punched planners and notebooks.

For some of our layouts, we offer the option for you to start your weekly spreads on a Monday or Sunday. If this option is available for the layout, it will be part of Step 5. The weekly spreads start-day will be labeled as 'Weekly Pages Start On' in your order details.

For all of our layouts, you can select between Monday and Sunday for the start-day of your Monthly Spreads. This is chosen in Step 6. In your order details, this selection will be called 'Month Pages Start On.' All monthly calendars in your planner will reflect this selection.

Please note - the Daily and Monthly layouts do not include weekly spreads, so they default to saying Monday for the 'Weekly Pages Start On.'

There are a few reasons why you are having trouble with adding your saved custom dates.

1. You have not yet selected a start month from the drop-down menu. Once you've selected the start month, you will be able to select the 'Add Your Own Special Dates' option. There will then be a button to click that says 'Click To Add Saved Events From Your Profile'.

2. Your saved events are not set to be Repeating. When your events were originally added, they were only added to one specific date. For example, if an event description says "On January 1, 2026 Only", the event will not print on any other day. You can change an event to be Repeating by clicking the Edit button next to the event in your Profile.

3. You are using a different account than your previous order.

Please be sure to click on the green "Holidays & Special Events" button in the Product Details of your planner while it is in your shopping cart before placing your order to confirm that there are no missing events. All holidays and custom events will be listed there along with their corresponding date.

If your organization qualifies for tax-exempt status, you can upload your exemption certificate in your Account Profile. Once submitted, our team will review and verify your certificate within 1–3 business days. Approved certificates will automatically apply to eligible future orders, removing applicable taxes at checkout.

We offer sitewide sales throughout the year, and we will announce these sales through social media and email blasts.

We are not able to offer a price adjustment to orders placed prior to or after the sale dates.

Please be patient with tracking updates for standard shipping, as tracking might not begin updating for 24-48 hours and may not update at all while your package is on a truck traveling to you. The information you see on the tracking is the same information that is provided to us. We have found that tracking is not always accurate and that your package can arrive at your door without tracking having ever updated. EasyPost and UPS will provide an estimated delivery date for your order, but this date is not a guarantee, and it will update as transit progresses. We understand that you are anxious to receive your order, but we are not able to get a package to you sooner than the carrier is projecting.

There are many reasons a package can be delayed in transit, including weather, mishandling by the carrier, or incorrect address information on the shipping label.

For Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage), please note that the delivery date shown in tracking is an estimate, not a guarantee transit can take up to 8 business days. Additionally, tracking may take longer than usual to begin updating, and the first scan is sometimes logged closer to the destination rather than here in Southern California, so please be patient if tracking seems delayed at first.

If you haven't received your package after 10 business days for Standard Shipping, or 5 business days for Priority Shipping, please let us know so we can follow up on your package. While we have no control over carrier handling once a package ships, we'll work with you to help make sure you receive your order.

We do not offer order pick ups. We ship all orders from our Southern California facility via the following carriers: FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes with both our Standard and Priority shipping methods. Please make sure to include your P.O. Box number if you have one, as a precaution to avoid any issues with delivery. Plum Paper is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery issues caused by a missing P.O. Box number or an address that was not clearly identified as a P.O. Box.

For P.O. Box orders, our production team will automatically select USPS as the shipping carrier. If a carrier does not deliver to your address for any other reason, you can let us know in the Shipping Instructions box when you enter your shipping information at checkout, and request USPS shipping there.

As soon as your label is created and your package ships, an email is automatically sent to the email address on your account, giving you your tracking information. Just click on the link in this email, and you will be able to track your package.

Your package may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties and taxes once it reaches your country. These aren’t included in your Plum Paper total and are the recipient’s responsibility. They’re set by your government and the carrier, so we can’t determine them in advance. Customs policies vary by country; your local customs office can tell you more.

Shipping to Canada? Orders over CA$40 are typically subject to GST/HST, plus a UPS brokerage fee.

To avoid delays at customs

• Please don’t refuse your shipment or ignore carrier requests about duty or tax charges. Most carriers hold a package for 5 days after it arrives in your country, then return it to us.
• To pay, enter your tracking number at UPS.com for a payment link. You’ll need to create a UPS.com account first.
• We don’t offer refunds for packages that are refused or not picked up at customs.

Pricing and shipping costs

• Prices on our site are in USD. Your credit card company converts them at checkout.
• International shipping is calculated at checkout once you enter your address. We work with our carriers to get you the best price we can.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. The shipping address will be included in your confirmation and shipping notification emails. You can also view the address in your Profile under Orders. If your order has NOT been shipped yet, we CAN still change your address. We do not review the shipping address that we receive for an order. The shipping label will print exactly how the address was entered at checkout.

Plum Paper is not able to make any changes to a shipping address for a package that is currently in transit. With incorrect zip codes, it is at the carriers’ discretion whether they will correct the issue or return the package to our warehouse.

Plum Paper is not responsible if an order is delivered to the address that was received instead of being returned to us.

In the case that your package is returned to us, we can arrange a reshipment of the order once we receive it. We will ask that the shipping fee be paid again if the issue with delivery is not due to an error made on our behalf.

Plum Paper is also not responsible if a forwarding address is not honored. If any fees are issued for a forwarding address service, Plum Paper is not responsible for any charges that a customer might incur.

If you need to change the address on your order, there is a chance that we can catch it and make the change before your package is shipped. If a label has not yet been created, we can change the address. Please email us as soon as possible with your ORDER NUMBER to see if it is not too late. We will always do our best to accommodate this change.

Once shipped, we are NOT able to change the shipping address for an order shipped with USPS. Please contact us to see what options are available if your order was shipped via UPS.

We are not able to make changes to a billing address. They do not affect whether an order will be processed after we receive an order.

Please send us an email at hello@plumpaper.com as soon as you realize that your package has not been received. We ask that we be notified of a delivery issue within 14 days of the package being marked as delivered. A package may be delivered up to 48 hours after being marked as delivered. Please double-check with your neighbors, housemates, and mailroom/leasing office to see if anyone else has information about your package. Please let us know of any issues with your package that was handled by UPS, and we will file a claim on your behalf.

Please review the shipping address that was included in your order confirmation, as this was the address printed on the shipping label. Plum Paper is not responsible for any incorrect information printed on a shipping label. Only English characters can be printed on a shipping label.

With UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air, we are able to contact UPS to change an address, but there may be an additional fee for this service. This fee usually starts at $17.60. We will do our best to assist you.

Plum Paper cannot be held responsible if a package is delivered to an incorrect or previous address. Plum Paper is not responsible if a package is not forwarded but instead delivered.

As stated at checkout, there are no cancellations or refunds for our custom products. Plum Paper cannot issue a refund for an order that has been lost in transit or was not received after being marked as delivered.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipment notification email with tracking info, or find your tracking link at the bottom left of the order details page.

If you need to change the address on your order, there is a chance that we can catch it and make the change before your package is shipped. We will always do our best to accommodate this change.

Once shipped, we are NOT able to change the shipping address for an order shipped with USPS. Please contact us to see what options are available if your order was shipped via UPS.

We are not able to make changes to a billing address. They do not affect whether an order will be processed after we receive an order.

We are so sorry if your order is taking longer than expected to ship out. We give an approximate ship date on all orders but are unable to guarantee that your order will ship out by this date. A few factors can contribute to a delayed order:

1. Your item did not pass our quality control check: It is so important to us that you love your finished product. Occasionally, we will notice a flaw in your order during the final check right before shipment. This imperfection could cause a slight delay as we take the time to make any corrections needed and are sure the planner you are receiving is perfect.

2. There is an issue with your order, and we have sent you an email regarding either an item in your order, your customizations, or your shipping address. Please double-check your junk folder for any correspondence attempts.

3. Many of our products are printed in-house, and we may need to make an item (ie, hardcovers, tabs, stickers) in order to complete your order. Our production team works hard to produce each item.

Please remember that the processing dates that we provide are not a delivery window. We are not able to provide a more accurate update for an order while it is being made, so the status will show as Received/In Production until it is shipped.

If you'd like to place an order using a Purchase Order (PO), please contact our Customer Service team before placing your order — you can reach us through the contact form below or by emailing hello@plumpaper.com. We'll provide instructions on how to proceed.

We do not accept returns on custom items. All sales are final. We cannot cancel or refund an order past the 24-hour mark.

If there is an error or damage on our part, please email us at hello@plumpaper.com within 7 business days so we can remedy the problem.

For all non-customized items, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return. If the item is eligible for a return, we will assist you in the process of sending your item back to us. All items must be returned in like-new condition with their original packaging. Planner Discs can only be returned if unopened. Returns must be received at, or post-marked en route to, our warehouse within 30 days after initial delivery.

All custom orders must be canceled within 24 hours. Once 24 hours has passed, we are no longer able to cancel a custom order. To cancel an order within 24 hours, please email us at hello@plumpaper.com with your order number.

Once we receive an order cancelation, you should receive a response from our customer service team, as well as two automated cancelation and refund emails. If you do not receive a response within 1 business day, please contact us again.

If ordering on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, you will receive a response from our team on the following Monday.

The time it takes for your refund to appear back in your bank account can vary from bank to bank. We have found that it can take anywhere between 5-10 days to receive your refund. Please contact your bank for any further details.

If your planner doesn't seem right, contact us and we'll review your order to confirm it was printed exactly as specified.

You can view your full order details anytime under the Orders tab in your account profile, including your cover customizations, custom headers, start month, custom events, and add-ons. If what you received doesn't match those details, let us know and we'll take it from there.

We aim for every planner that leaves our warehouse to be in perfect condition, but occasionally mistakes happen. If your planner arrives with an error, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery, and we'll make it right.

Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order's tracking or delivery. We can file a claim with UPS on your behalf. Please be advised that the Synthetic covers for our planners are susceptible to heat. Please do not keep your planner out in the sun, in a hot car, or close to any source of heat. The covers can warp.

Our hardcovers are water resistant but not waterproof. Water damage can occur if the planner is submerged for any amount of time.

Plum Paper cannot be held responsible for any heat or water-related issue for an order that is marked delivered more than 24 hours.

Yes, it is. A key feature of our planners is the ability to select any start month. To ensure that every day is included for each month, we use 'grayed out days' to denote when part of a week is for the previous or following month. For example, if the 1st of the month is on a Wednesday, the Monday and Tuesday of that week will be in light gray as those days are part of the previous month.

The layouts that do not include grayed out days are the Ultimate Goal, Ultimate Financial, and Daily layouts.

Yes, this is a very normal shipping update to receive. USPS will sometimes partner with the military to deliver packages. Your package is not lost, nor should it be delayed past the 8 business days that ground shipping can take. Your tracking information should update in a few days that it is closer to the final destination. Please allow the full 8 business days for your order to arrive. If you are still without the package at this time, please reach out to us.

Please understand that we do not have any control over how USPS will deliver a package to the recipient.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. The shipping address will be included in your confirmation and shipping notification emails. You can also view the address in your Profile under Orders. If your order has NOT been shipped yet, we CAN still change your address. Please email us at hello@plumpaper.com as soon as possible with the corrections.

We do not review the shipping address that we receive for an order. The shipping label will print exactly how the address was entered at checkout.

Plum Paper is not able to make any changes to a shipping address for a package that is currently in transit. With incorrect zip codes, it is at the carriers’ discretion whether they will correct the issue or return the package to our warehouse.

Plum Paper is not responsible if an order is delivered to the address that was received instead of being returned to us.

In the case that your package is returned to us, we can arrange a reshipment of the order once we receive it. We will ask that the shipping fee be paid again if the issue with delivery is not due to an error made on our behalf.

Plum Paper is also not responsible if a forwarding address is not honored. If any fees are issued for a forwarding address service, Plum Paper is not responsible for any charges that a customer might incur.

Please send us an email at hello@plumpaper.com as soon as you realize that your package has not been received. We ask that we be notified of a delivery issue within 14 days of the package being marked as delivered. A package may be delivered up to 48 hours after being marked as delivered. Please double-check with your neighbors, housemates, and mailroom/leasing office to see if anyone else has information about your package. Please let us know of any issues with your package that was handled by UPS, and we will file a claim on your behalf.

Please review the shipping address that was included in your order confirmation, as this was the address printed on the shipping label. Plum Paper is not responsible for any incorrect information printed on a shipping label. Only English characters can be printed on a shipping label.

With UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air, we are able to contact UPS to change an address, but there may be an additional fee for this service. This fee usually starts at $17.60. We will do our best to assist you.

Plum Paper cannot be held responsible if a package is delivered to an incorrect or previous address. Plum Paper is not responsible if a package is not forwarded but instead delivered.

As stated at checkout, there are no cancellations or refunds for our custom products. Plum Paper cannot issue a refund for an order that has been lost in transit or was not received after being marked as delivered.

Please include your ORDER NUMBER send contact us as soon as possible after receiving your package so we can resolve the issue right away. We are not able to send replacement items after 90 days of an order being shown as received.
