Can I change the shipping address on my order?
A:

If you need to change the address on your order, there is a chance that we can catch it and make the change before your package is shipped. If a label has not yet been created, we can change the address. Please email us as soon as possible to see if it is not too late. We will always do our best to accommodate this change.

Once shipped, we are NOT able to change the shipping address for an order shipped with USPS. Please contact us to see what options are available if your order was shipped via UPS.

We are not able to make changes to a billing address. They do not affect whether an order will be processed after we receive an order.
