Q:
What is your cancellation policy?
A:

All custom orders must be canceled within 24 hours. Once 24 hours has passed, we are no longer able to cancel a custom order. To cancel an order within 24 hours, please email us at hello@plumpaper.com with your order number.

Once we receive an order cancelation, you should receive a response from our customer service team, as well as two automated cancelation and refund emails. If you do not receive a response within 1 business day, please contact us again.

If ordering on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, you will receive a response from our team on the following Monday.
