My planner arrived damaged. What do I do?
A:
Please email us at hello@plumpaper.com within 7 business days of receiving your order, letting us know the damage that has occurred to your planner and attach a photo of the damage. A photo must be included in order for us to provide assistance. We will be sure to offer a solution to the problem right away.
