Are "ship dates" the estimated delivery window?
A:
We apologize for any confusion. The estimated ship dates that we provide for an order are for when we expect to finish processing an order. These dates are not a delivery window. They are our best approximation for when we will be finished creating your order.
All of our planners are printed to the customizations that we receive, and we are not able to expedite the processing of an order.
If you choose to upgrade your shipping, it will not affect the processing time or ship dates. Only the transit time will be expedited.
