In our Goal Planner, every month starts with a Monthly Goal Setting Page. This allows you to start fresh every month, evaluate where you are at, and create a plan to help you reach your goal! Establish your main goal and break it down into weekly mini goals to make them more manageable. Implement positivity by creating a monthly phrase to live by for the month.

WEEKLY SPREAD

Start each week by writing down your mini goal that you established on your Monthly Goal Setting Page. Set your plan of action to get there and figure out what might be challenging for you. At the end of the week, reflect on how you did. Always write down the positives & the negatives to learn from your experience.

Use the other side of your weekly spread as a planning tool to plan out your week! Write down what you can do to reach or goals, or use simply as a way to plan out your events and to-dos!

End the month by reflecting on your results. Write down what challenges you faced and how/if you overcame them. Check in with yourself on how you are feeling during this process & figure out a plan to improve or make changes for next month!
