Works as intended
It works the way it’s supposed to. The prongs that connect it to the planner have bent a little and I’m not sure if it will last the whole school year. I’ve only been using it for about 6 weeks.
Comments by Store Owner on Review by Plum Paper on Wed Oct 14 2026Plum PaperReba, thank you so much for the feedback! We’re glad your bookmark is working well, and we’re sorry the prongs have started to bend. We’ve reached out to you directly to make it right. For anyone using the bookmark in a thicker planner, here’s a quick care tip to help the prongs last all year: when moving or removing it, don’t pull straight up. Gently flex the top edge to release the first set of teeth, then pivot the bookmark sideways and outward, releasing each coil loop one at a time as you work down.Published date10/12/26Was this review helpful?00 - Jenn🇺🇸Verified Buyer
Doesn’t stay in place
Doesn’t sit right, looks like it was cut with a bad blade and has scratches all over it when it arrived
Comments by Store Owner on Review by Plum Paper on Mon Sep 28 2026Plum PaperJenn, I'm glad we were able to connect via email! We actually offer two different sizes of our snap-in bookmarks so that all of our coil thicknesses can be accommodated. We are in the process of sending you a smaller size for a better fit. We appreciate you sharing the photos. Our bookmarks come with a clear protective film. It appears the scratches you mention are on the protective film and once it is removed, you will no longer see the lines/scratches you reference. You will receive an email once your replacement is on the way.Published date09/27/26Was this review helpful?00 - Christine🇺🇸Verified Buyer
Planner bookmark
The wrong size bookmark was sent to me, (I just thought it was a poor fit). From my review, Plum Paper reached out to me and we realized I had the wrong bookmark. They immediately sent the correct bookmark to me and it fits perfectly and is very helpful when using my planner. Thank you so much for b...

Doesn’t fit planner, falls out
I ordered this with my new planner, so it theoretically should have been sized appropriately. However, it seems they sent me the wrong one or don’t have one to fit this size. It doesn’t “snap” in at all, and it falls out just sitting in my bag. I feel like I wasted my money.

Does not work in new planner
Just received my new planner, and it uses a much thinner coil than my old one (ordered only a few months ago!), so this bookmark does not work. It cannot attach to the thinner coil and simply falls out. Very disappointed.
Comments by Store Owner on Review by Plum Paper on Wed Sep 09 2026Plum PaperThank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry for the frustration this caused. The snap-in bookmark is made in two sizes, matched to the coil thickness of the planner it's ordered with. As noted in the product description: "This bookmark is available in 2 sizes. The size is chosen by the thickness of the coil used on the accompanying or previously ordered planner/notebook. Our team will choose which size bookmark to send." Since your new planner (210 pages) has a thinner coil than your previous one that was purchased with the bookmark (236 pages), the bookmark you received was sized for the thicker coil and won't snap securely into the smaller new one. That said, we appreciate the feedback. It's helpful in thinking about how we can make this bookmark work more seamlessly across different planner sizes going forward.Published date09/09/26Was this review helpful?20
