Why is my referral code not appearing at checkout?
A:
For a referral to be valid through our Referral Program, a new customer will receive an email from a current customer that invites them to create an account through the provided link. Once the new account is created through the link, the coupon code should populate at checkout. The code will provide 10% off the order if it is over $30. We are not able to offer discounts on shipping. If you already have an account, you cannot receive a referral welcome discount, but you may invite your friends to check out our products to earn referral rewards yourself.
