A:

Please be advised that the Synthetic covers for our planners are susceptible to heat. Please do not keep your planner out in the sun, in a hot car, or close to any source of heat. The covers can warp.

Our hardcovers are water resistant but not waterproof. Water damage can occur if the planner is submerged for any amount of time.

Plum Paper cannot be held responsible for any heat or water-related issue for an order that is marked delivered more than 24 hours.
