There are many reasons why a package can be delayed during transit, including weather, the mishandling of your package by the carrier, and incorrect address information on the shipping label. For Standard Shipping, please keep in mind that the delivery date given in the tracking information is an estimated delivery date rather than a guaranteed delivery date and that Standard Shipping can take as many as 8 business days. If you have not received your package after 10 business days for standard shipping, or after 5 business days for Priority shipping, please let us know so we follow up on your package.
August 16, 2023 Update: With the new restructuring of how USPS handles ground shipments, we have seen an increase in packages not being scanned when they arrive at our local post office. The tracking may take longer than normal to begin updating. We have found that the first scans will sometimes be closer to the destination rather than here in Southern California. We ask for your patience for the tracking to begin updating. Ground Advantage shipments have a transit time of up to 5 business days, depending on the destination. We will work with you to ensure that you receive your order, but please understand that we have no control over the situation.
